Young Riders
Youngsters of all levels from 4 to 14 are well catered for, with a good selection of well mannered ponies.
Helped by her sister Valentina, Cristina Bevilacqua helps young and older children to discover the fun of riding, and to improve their style.
Pony games form an important part of each lesson, including bending, flag races and sack races.
Cristina speaks good English.
Pony riders from the Centro Ippico La Somma became champions of Italy at the Trec championship held in Verona in November 2011. Franceso Sinibaldi won the title for the 8-12 age group while Alessia Rossi won first place in the 12-14 category. Elisabetta Mancini was awarded fourth place in the 8-12 group.
The youngsters' instructors, Cristina and Valentina Bevilacqua, were there to share in their big moment.
Congratulations too to Ken, the Centro Ippico's faithful chestnut gelding, who helped them on the path to glory!
